Implantological treatment is highly correlated and has influence on the functioning of maxillary sinuses. Treatments such as sinus lift performed by implantologists and maxillary surgeons carry a risk of post- and inter-operational complications within the sinuses. It is therefore crucial to identify possible ENT consequences and carry out treatment of unforeseen effects of implant treatment. Most up-to-date sinus treatment techniques include endoscopic sinus rinse, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, the less invasive MIST technique or balloon sinuplasty technique.

Each type of endoscopic surgery concludes with the use of Hydrodebrider Endoscopic Irrigation System, that is rinsing the sinuses with special tips. It helps to thoroughly clean the sinuses of the remaining biofilm and enables direct administration of drugs facilitating healing process, anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-edematous drugs, antibiotics or corticosteroids.
